Payments for Second Meals and A La Carte Items

• Students may choose to purchase a second meal or a-la-carte items. GUSD Nutrition Services has an online prepayment system called EZSchool Pay. Cash and checks can also be used to make prepayments at your child's school cafeteria or at the Nutrition Services Office.

If your student requires a special diet, please complete the Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form and return to the Nutrition & Operations Services office:
